20th of February we registered new edition of our company's Articles. From now on Pristav Collection Agency is named Limited liability company National Recovery Service (short name NRS LLC).

Pristav collection agency founded in 2005 when collection market was only shaping in 7 years has become a leader in debt collection efficiency. This success will not be possible without you — our colleagues, clients and partners.

We are experiencing new stage in history of the agency — we offer to clients broaden range of services beyond the scope of bad debts recovery. We have three contact centers in Russia and Ukraine and more than 70 branches and home offices on CIS territory.

During several months we were involved into an active marketing process of choosing new name and many of you were part of it. According to its results the majority voted for name National Recovery Service. We thank you sincerely for cooperation.

We are members of international companies like ACA International, FENCA, Credit Services Association and Global Credit Solutions, that allows us to render a full range of services on all stages of work with bad debts not only in Russia but in 120 other countries all over the world.

Limited liability company National Recovery Service guarantees that quality of our services and collection efficiency will remain at the same high level. And new name will help opening some new prospects in a sphere of credit portfolio management, debts receivables and business process outsource.
